So, it´s possible to understand the main question that´s in the political speech and in the rhetoric interpretation, in oppressive and repressive contexts, where Human Rights are´t protected, at all! During the Salazar regimen, the Estado Novo, in Portugal it was a way to “entertain”. However, it was always a strategy, and mainly a way to manipulate the Public Opinion, creating an image different from the reality of violence and Human Rights violations. Concerning the Brazilian Military Dictatorship it´s possible to conclude that violence and Human Rights violation were more explicit and public assumed by the militaries. Regarding the defence, fight, claim and promotion of these Rights was really started being “more” possible when the movements were created, but there are no doubts about the military hate to the people (individual) or groups as they suffered strong violence actions.
